NAI’A Elemental Dance not only frees our physical body of accumulated tension but gives space to transcend our emotions, our triggers and blockages in a way that it becomes powerful medicine for self-healing.

The NAI’A Elemental Trance Dance program is designed to be soul shaking, transformative and empowering.It gives 20H of credit hours as YACEP (continuing education program) with Yoga Alliance.
