10-WEEK NAI’A MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

• 1 Live yoga ritual/ week every Tuesday 6:30-8:00PM – replay available

• 1 Live life alchemy & mentoring class/week every Wednesday 6:30-8PM

• 1 Monthly Transmission in our Community

• Access to Embodied Practice 3 Month Challenge – We will start it all together Oct 17! More than 30H of yoga, coaching, skills, life alchemy talks, meditation and breathwork, with self assessments, worksheets and a way to make your practice sustainable and enriching.
